Welcome To International Undergraduate Admissions



From modest beginnings as a teacher training school, East Carolina University (ECU) has grown to become an emerging, national research university with an enrollment of more than 26,000 students. The campus is located in Greenville, North Carolina, less than a two-hour drive to both the state capital, Raleigh, to the west and Atlantic Coast beaches to the east.

East Carolina offers 104 bachelor’s degree programs, 73 master’s degree programs, 4 specialist degree programs, 2 first professional MD programs, and 18 doctoral programs, our professional colleges and schools, the Thomas Harriot College of Arts and Sciences, and the Brody School of Medicine. East Carolina University is a vibrant community with a wide array of programs and services including the performing arts series, leadership development  programs, community service opportunities, student organization involvement and campus recreation.
